Yes, we have ready excel templates for easy asset and location schedule upload.
CAN I SCHEDULE TASKS TO AUTOMATICALLY APPEAR ON THE LIST?
Yes, our planned maintenance module allows you to setup daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly and yearly tasks for any location or asset. The tasks will be automatically created at the required date.
I AM MANAGING MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, CAN I MANAGE THEM FROM SINGLE ACCOUNT?
Yes, for multi-locations users we have a special payment plan with multi location management tools. You and your multi-location team will have access to assigned locations under single login.
WHAT ASSET INFORMATION CAN YOU STORE IN THE SYSTEM?
We cover most of the universal asset data requirements, from serial numbers, purchase dates, prices to additional data such as warranties, manuals, service expiry dates. If you have any special requirements please contact us.
HOW LONG DOES ASSET HISTORY STAY IN THE SYSTEM?
The asset history stays forever or until you decide to archive it. LeanFM is a perfect way to build ruboust asset and location history.
CAN YOUR TOOL BE USED FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY?
Yes, you can use LeanFM to maintain Fire Marshal Points, Fire systems and other health and safety systems.
HOW YOUR SYSTEM RECOGNIZES ASSET?
Every asset uploaded to LeanFM gets an unique QR code assigned. The code can be printed and placed on the asset for easy scanning and acces.
The asset can also be allocated via the LeanFM app by selecting asset location.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL?

WHAT TEAMS CAN USE LEANFM?

CAN I ADD IMAGE TO TASK/ASSET?
Yes while adding or updating task or asset simply click on Add Image button to either upload image from your gallery or launch camera.
IS THE DATA SECURE?
Yes, the access to the platform is via 256 bit SSL certificate secured link and all data in the database is encrypted.
